Good Location

The freezer was not clean and there was no full size mirror and nothing to hang your clothes

Very unclean, the floor was not vacuumed properly, there was a funny smell on the left side of the bed, the kitchen supplies were dirty. If you are looking for a cheap place in a good location it’s a good place but comfort and cleanliness is a problem.

Good location very close to Stadtkirche and city center. Everything worked fine.

The wifi worked well but there was a limit in the instructions (not allowed to stream videos longer than 5 minutes…). The landlord speak very bad english, almost no english at all.

There was no breakfast as the property was self contained with a kitchen so you can buy everything from the supermarket close by. The property is right in the middle of town so everything was convenient.

The location is absolutely perfect for seeing the local sites. We had a family if five and it gave us a perfect amount of space including a kitchen to use.

The stairs up to the apartment can be a little disconcerting, especially if you have mobility issues. The apartment itself was lovely, but it was very dusty and felt unclean. I found the cleaning supplies and gave it a little cleaning, but it still needed a deeper attempt. The electrical in the kitchen was tricky, but eventually we figured out that the coffee machine needed to be plugged in at the outlet over the table.

The "receptionist" was really friendly. Everything is truly uncomplicated and easy and the apartment was located right at the city center.

It was a bit unclean (especially the fridge) but nothing that couldn't be cleaned by oneself.

Thank you fornthe 1st floor accommodation. It isndifficult for me to carry a 20 kg suitcase up stairs. Also thanks for the extra day I requested only 3 days in advance. This is a terrific location from which to see the city. I never saw staff since it was all done with a code and lock box for the keys. Although generally acceptably clean, it could still use some heavy dusting to get rid of the spider webs and dust, especially around the windows, curtains, and curtain rods. There was only 1 clothes hanger. A few more would be helpful. A reasonable price for the room.

It would be helpful to have somewhere to put the suitcase. I ended up placing it on the bed. There was only one clothes hanger. A few more would be good. There was one bath towel & one bath mat. No hand towel, which all other apartments/hotels provide.
