I have not even stayed there yet and I am already disappointed. I made a reservation with the standard rate which allows me to cancel 14 days before the date of the reservation. First, all I got was an email that had zero details about the reservation except the date. I wrote back to the hotel requesting details about my reservation the same day and got no response. Then, I wrote another email requesting the cancellation of my reservation the next day, still no answer. Today I sent them a message on Whatsapp and nobody answered. I am not impressed at all with the service and invite the management to act accordingly.
