Gostamos muito do Studio. Tem uma cama casal e um sofá cama. Cozinha toda equipada. Mesa com 4 banquetas.Tem cápsulas de café, refil de óleo, sal, pimenta, açúcar, 2 garrafinhas de água, sabonete, shampoo, toalhas de banho e rosto, papel higienico. Máquina de lavar roupa. Tábua e ferro de passar, secador de cabelo. É um prédio com elevador que contém vários Studios. Entramos com senha, tanto no prédio, como no Studio. Tem mercado, padaria, cafeterias perto. Gostamos bastante. O bairro é de classe média, um pouco feio, porém tranquilo. Estação de metrô na avenida, há 5 minutos caminhando tranquilamente. Recomendo.

The apartments are clean, well-appointed, and in a great location. Abundant light from all of the windows, set in a diverse, quiet and welcoming neighborhood with affordable shops and groceries nearby. There are small parks and trains and buses nearby as well. When the first unit I was placed in reeked of cigarettes (worse than a bar in the 1990s) the off-site management were able to move me to an adjacent unit. Even though they are off-site their response time is excellent, but they are off-site, leading me to the issues in the next prompt...

They simply need onsite staff. The first room I was placed in reeked of cigarettes, even though smoking is banned on the property. But there is no one onsite to police this and so, shockingly, it happens. The electronic locking system has issues. I was unable to get into my old unit to move the stuff from my old unit to the new, not smoky smelling unit because they rescinded card access. If there were staff onsite, I could just go downstairs and ask them for help. Instead, you have to call or email back-and-forth. And again, they are very, very attentive remotely. But it's still remote. Which leads to the last issue. After leaving my stuff in the luggage room (which is very nice to have, thanks for providing this), I was unable to get back into the building to retrieve my stuff. I called customer service and they answered promptly (they always do) but remotely unlocking the building didn't work. Luckily, I buzzed a unit in which a cleaner was working and she was able to let me into the building and into the luggage room. But if she hasn't been there? I might still be in Madrid. The property is beautiful and a great deal but not having staff onsite or nearby is ultimately the issue here. They also need to make sure that folks who leave their luggage in the luggage room have access to the building and to the luggage room after their stay has concluded.

O apartamento era ideal para passar alguns dias, cama confortável, ótima localização. Tem uma cozinha bem equipada. No entanto a comunicação com o host foi bem difícil, pedimos para deixar as malas antes do horário, eles informaram que era permitido e que poderia deixar em uma sala específica, porém mesmo informando que essa entrada teria mudado, mandando vídeos e fotos, além de seguir todas as instruções, eles não resolveram o problema e tivemos que ficar com as malas até o horário do check in, que é bem tarde.

It was spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable and the flat was modern and well equipped. Vallecas is a bit far from central Madrid but the quarter is perfectly fine and felt very safe. I would ignore the comments that say the opposite. The metro line in Vallecas takes you straight to the centre of the city, so very handy

Near the metro, easy commute

Thin walls, noisy nights. Maybe my bad luck, huge argument 2 of 4 nights for hours with people below our floor or next room. Hard to sleep
