Excelente, volvería siempre a hospedarme ahí, tienen todo tal como las fotos, súper atentos para ayudarte con todo... Las camas son increíbles... Las habitaciones son muy cómodas... La cocina tiene todo lo necesario para salvarte 😁... Súper recomendado

Se tuvo un problema con el lavaplatos... Pero el anfitrión estuvo muy pendiente, espero lo pueda solucionar

The only positive aspects were the excellent location and the cleanliness of the accommodation.

The location was excellent, but unfortunately the accommodation did not meet our expectations. The apartment had very little natural light, and all the windows faced a covered interior courtyard, making it difficult to get fresh air and creating a rather closed-in feeling. Another major disappointment was that the swimming pool was not in service, and we were not informed about this before arrival. Since this was one of the reasons we chose the property, it significantly affected our stay. We also found the attitude of the receptionist unprofessional, as she was discussing us in Spanish, apparently assuming we would not understand. This was uncomfortable and not appreciated. Because of these issues, we decided not to stay and looked for another accommodation. On a positive note, the booking was canceled without any penalty, which we appreciated.

This place was fantastic! The location is right in the center of Seville, within walking distance of almost every major attraction, which was a huge advantage. The rooms were really nice and featured a massive, super comfortable bed! A special shout-out for the luggage service—they have incredibly useful lockers that we could use both before check-in and after check-out. It made our trip so much easier. Highly recommended!

The only minor downside was that we stayed on the ground floor, and the walls weren't very well soundproofed, so we could hear everything from the neighbors and the lobby. However, it wasn't a dealbreaker and we could easily overlook it given all the positives.
