Drury Inn & Suites Findlay

VERY QUITE LOCATION OF ROOM.THE MEALS WERE VERY GOOD AND THE STAFF WAS GREAT.

We always stay in a Drury Inn on our way to and from Florida. We can always expect to have a comfortable and spotless room for our stay !! absolutely recommend this hotel too all of our friends ❤️

Size of room was a bit small for the price , breakfast was uh ok nothing special, dinner was about the same uh ok

I would strongly discourage anyone from booking a room at the Drury Inn & Suites Findlay, OH if you actually expect them to honor your reservation. I booked our room THREE MONTHS in advance and received a confirmation email when I booked it, plus another confirmation email just TWO DAYS before our stay. We arrived expecting to check in with the rest of our child’s baseball team and families, only to be told at the front desk that they did not have a room for us and there was “nothing they could do.” The front desk employee repeatedly blamed it on “their system crashing,” but the reality is our reserved room was clearly given away to someone else. Their solution? Send us to another hotel 30 minutes away — completely separating us from our team and all the plans we had made. Our children were extremely disappointed, and instead of enjoying the overnight stay we planned for months, we had to drive an hour and twenty minutes back home late at night and then drive all the way back the next day. We wasted time, gas, and money because of THEIR mistake. What makes this even worse is the complete lack of customer service afterward. I have tried multiple times to get an explanation from management, and no one will return my calls. Apparently, a confirmation email means absolutely nothing at this hotel. Nowhere in their confirmation does it warn you: “We might not actually have a room for you when you arrive.” If you want reliability, accountability, and basic customer service, book somewhere else. This experience was beyond disappointing.

Conveince to I-75

The pillows on the bed. Don't understand the 2/3 size of pillows. Everytime of turning in the bed you roll/fall off the pillow and as such become awakened to readjust it/them.

Close to Highway
