Helt ufattelig dårlig service. Hotellet har fri shuttle, men man skal ringe, når man står i lufthavnen. Det gjorde vi, men receptionisten mente ikke at han kunne finde vores booking og ville ikke sende en bil for at hente os. Efter en lang dialog måtte vi selv betale taxi og køre til hotellet. Der var ingen forståelse eller kompensation fra personalet i øvrigt. Derudover er det et ekstremt ucharmerende hotel med virkelig meget larm fra poolen sen aften og tidlig morgen. Alt er meget slidt, inkl. vandrutsjebanen. Maden er dårlig og alt i alt var det virkelig en ærgerlig oplevelse.
