Clean quiet and everyone provided grea5 customer service.

Almost 200 bucks for this room was absolutely ridiculous for as nasty and run down the place is.

The staff was very nice, but this is an older motel, and several things in the room needed to be fixed like the bathroom faucet, and the chain lock was broken on the door

There was nothing to like about this place.

This place was disgusting! The room had bed bugs that bit me on my legs. The towels were stained and dingy. There was hair on the shower walls, cigarette butt's on the floor. Absolutely disgusting! I stayed here for 4 hours and had to leave! When I went to the front desk to checkout and tell why, the giy acted like it was no big surprise. The outside looks super sketchy. You can hear through the paper thin walls. Booking took 21 days to refund my money (minus first night at full charge). Overall, terrible experience and disappointed booking would even work with crack dens like this.

Rented the room. Went to it. Saw grafitti on walls inside room. No lights worked. Smelled disgusting, got scared and left and paid over 300 for feeling like i got infected with AIDS by walking in. 0/10. Should be burned down

The desk clerk was helpful getting me a discount by booking on line. There was something running underneath my room and I could feel a vibration all night.

When I arrived, some woman in the car told me that the office was in the back building. After I started walking back there she got out of her car and said no you better come to the front. So I went to the front. I got into my room and sadly There was no thermostat in the room was freezing and there were not enough blankets. Further, the electrical outlet in the bathroom did not work, so the hairdryer did not work and fourthly. There was no Kleenex in the Kleenex holder. And lastly, the curtains did not even close properly, and there was actually some man looking in part of the window that I couldn’t close once I got into bed. Not a good experience

We moved in in Oct of 2024.and we've lived here for the past 5 months.and it's been nothing but a nitemare!! when we first moved in nite one,we discovered that the door didn't shut properly and still doesn't to this day.then, after we'd been there for a week,they still would not give us enough door keys for everyone.they said only one key pee room when there was 3 of us.then after a month had went by of us staying here they then started changing the price everyday on me.then after the first month of us also being here they never not once came in and changed the bed linens.then after two months of being here we asked for more bed pillows because there so flat to which we were told no.so I had to go buy our own.then the 3rd month we were here I asked for two extra blankets to which I was told no only one blanket per room.then because of all the drama that had been occuring here I lost my mom because she couldn't take the drama here anymore.and then the 4th month we were here I started to finally complain about the high prices here and discovered that they play favorites around here and charge certain amounts to their favorites and higher amounts to their not favorite people.i even witnessed first hand people bragging about the fact that they go for days without paying and yet they make us pay everyday.and now here we are at 5 months we started discovering how things were going on here at nite time that management does nothing about.and the maids really don't like cleaning your room unless you're a fly by the night one nite staying person but if your a long termer like me well then you'll be doing like me and cleaning the room yourself.everyday they won't give you fresh towels or fresh washcloths I literally have to take the stuff off the maids cart myself and take it in the room.and now even when I put dirty towels outside I never get them back! just like today I had put 3 dirty towels outside and I only got back one when there's 3 of us staying in the room and apparently your not allowed to make close friends with the office staff because I'm best friends with the weekend girl/clerk and the owner doesn't like it and keeps cussing her out for hanging out with me and for being friends with each other and 5 months ago when we first moved in the mattress on me and my husband's bed on my side has a hole in it and when I turned that in instead of replacing it for me I was told just to flip it over and if that didn't work then I owed them a mattress which I don't! especially when the mattress was already like that when we first got here!and everything that keeps breaking down in the room they refuse to fix which is bull!and now as of tonight I'm being told to just deal with it!😞😭
