0 sound proof. You can literally hear EVERYTHING from outside, aisle, and stairs

We liked the showers, the bed was really comfortable. The washer and dryer worked really well, as well as the lighting throughout the apartment.

The couch was squeaky and the couch feet were loose. The natural light was very poor. Furthermore, we were woken up several times by screaming people outside. And lots of aggressive homeless people, we didn't feel particularly safe. If you are from a big city you might not have issues with it. But we were not used to it.

VERY UNSAFE. On my first day, 5/22/26, it was just me and my daughters (9 year old & 10 month old newborn). Someone, an African guy, opened the unit I’m in after check-in. This was around 5pm. I was terrified as it had only been me + daughters in the apartment. I called the receptionist to give them my complaint. A woman with African accent picked up the phone and I told her there’s a guy that could access into my unit. She said she would call me back and she never did. After we left the property, we received an additional charge of $94CAD + tax because my newborn threw up and got into the duvet. I am disputing this charge with Amex as if this were a hotel, this would not even be an issue. Also they do not have elevators. The streets were very loud at night due to homeless people around the area. You are also unable to do early check-in. 0/5 stars. Do not stay here.

The apartment was very nice and well outfitted. The neighbourhood was just O.K. and it was a little bit out of the old city.

There wasn't enough lighting. We had to move what we had around to make it work. That was a small thing in the overall picture.

Gorgeous spacious place

Nothing i can think of. Alot of homeless around but Lovely Souls, so i enjoyed interacting with them. Gods People✝️ HalleluJah
