Ausstattung und Frühstück

Leider gab es keine Nachtwache. Daher war es sehr laut in der Jugendherberge. Weitere Übernachtungsgäste haben sich nicht an die Ruhezeiten gehalten, teilweise waren um 23:30 Uhr noch Schüler:innen auf den Gängen unterwegs.

Um überhaupt übernachten zu können, obwohl man über booking bereits gebucht und gezahlt hat, muss man ein Jugendherberge Abo abschließen. Das war so vorher nicht vereinbart.

Ein Hinweis auf dieses notwendige Abo wäre fair gewesen. Wir hätten dann woanders gebucht. Jetzt müssen wir das Feld zurückverlangen

"Moderne aber überteuerte Jugendherberge mit Zusatzkosten im Kleingedruckten, unpraktische Zimmer"

Gebäude und Zimmer sind relativ neu und gepflegt. Lage zur Universität ist praktisch, kostenlose (aber etwas wenige) Parkplätze.

Achtung, man muss eine kostenlose Jahresmitgliedschaft im Jugendherbergswerk abschließen, um hier übernachten zu dürfen! Steht leider nur im Kleingedruckten. Handtücher gibt es ebenso nur gegen Zusatzgebühr (3€ pP). Das bereits fragwürdige Preis-Leistungsverhältnis wird dadurch noch schlechter. Betten müssen selbst bezogen werden. Ist halt eine Jugendherberge, dafür ist der Preis absolut überzogen! Zusätzlich gibt es praktisch nirgendwo Haken oder Schrankfächer / Regale usw. Kleidung kann man nur in eine schmutzige Schublade unter dem Bett legen. Dabei wäre zumindest an den Wänden genug Platz für Haken. Auch im Bad viel zu wenige Haken. Leider war das Zimmer auch schlecht gereinigt, die Ablage war voller Krümel und Kaffeeflecken. Nachts wird die Lüftung auch im Bad abgeschaltet. Absolutes No-Go, insbesondere wenn man sich ein Zimmer teilen muss!!!
