It was clean

Breakfast was not available but was promised on the website. No explanation was given, just not available. No close restaurants open early. Was given 3 different answers to what would be an early check in (3 hrs) cost. Was only resolved after saying that I would stay somewhere else next time. Way too many good options for hotels in the area to deal with this.

"I would have chosen a different hotel if I knew the kids wouldn’t be able to swim."

The room was comfortable

The pool was cold and the room where the pool was was 53°. The hallways were very cold as well. There also wasn’t any breakfast.
