Good set up accommodation needs more attention to smaller things, Housekeeper we met very accommodating and friendly..

The internet never worked so we could watch tv the entire 5 days and only one mirror in the whole place so hard for multiple people to get ready and parking and stairs we very hard to get luggage in and out of building

DO NOT BOOK THIS. It is located in a very unsafe area. People under the influence loitering the property at all hours of the day. We contacted management before we spent the 1st night and they said they would call us in 20 minutes about relocation/refund, but they never did, so we had to spend the night at a hotel. The second night, we thought someone tried to break in, so we packed our things, got a police escort, cut our trip short, and went home. 0/10 communication skills from management. Did nothing to help us in a timely manner. Were promised to be contacted but we had to hunt them down. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Great location

This was a perfect location that allowed you quick access to everywhere you wanted to be. The apartment was great as well. No need to ever look at hotel rooms again if you are looking to be close to Broadway for a trip. Will rent again in the future. The neighborhood past it looks a little rough but there was no issues. It was perfectly safe there

First and foremost, this property is nothing like the pictures! It’s located on the wrong side of the train tracks near Section 8 housing, with a literal train next to the building. Our Uber drivers warned us about the area and even asked if we were sure we had the right location. The management requires an excessive amount of personal information before confirming your booking, which feels intrusive. However, they don't hesitate to charge a deposit fee and the full stay fee upfront. The decor looked half-hearted. The toilet didn't flush properly, and we had to fill the back tank with water to make it work. The bathroom door frame was broken and poorly glued back together and painted over. The couch was dirty, the sheets were unclean, the pillows were uncomfortable, the carpet was filthy, the walls were dirty, and the coffee maker didn't work. For the price a night, you would expect much more; they should use that money to upgrade the place. I recommend spending your money elsewhere and paying extra for a significantly better stay.

Room was good, but no lights in loving room, fridge, and tv area did not work. Garbage disposable did not work either

Everything was clean and lovely and all the instructions were very helpful

Other than the train noise & hearing gun shots one night it was great haha - unit is newer & has everything you need it’s close to downtown/broadway - sometimes Uber was 10mins away, a few times we had to wait over 20mins though
