Everything was great. The price was a little expensive but I want everything is in that area.

Booked a room with 2 queen beds and a pull out couch for a family of 6. The pull out couch mattress was dirty and had black mold all over the back. When I called the front desk they told me they were at capacity for the night and the best they could do is bring another blanket for us to just cover over the stained, molded mattress! Would not stay again or recommend to anyone.

The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet doesn't have many vegan options yet oatmeal, nuts and dried fruit + coffee were enough. When I entered my room, there was a faint sewage odor at the doorway. The bathroom was clean, and did not seem to have a leak nor did it have the sewage odoer. Yet, the room appeared clean until I moved the ottoman. There was a piece of clothing on the floor (previous guest?), some trash, and then there was trash on the table next to the sofa. I reported these to the front desk, and they said they would have my room cleaned in the morning or offered me a handicapped access room. I declined the new room because I could cover up the clothing and trash with the ottoman (which I did). The next day, after the room was "cleaned," the items under the ottoman were gone but there was still a pile of trash on the lamp table. The hotel staff never addressed the sewage odor that was by the door everytime I entered or exited the room.

From the moment we walked in we felt welcomed and check in was quick and efficient. The room was clean, beds & pillows were comfortable & the breakfast was great!! We will definitely booking with Home2 Suites in the future.

The check in line was a long and I feel like the front desk should have had help - she was great by the way, but definitely needed assistance checking people in to help the process to faster.

The gym was good. 75lbs dumbbells are a rare fine in a hotel. Staff was very attentive. Room was nice except for the bed.

The bed physically destroyed me. My Friday business agenda was ruined. The mattress was so soft or worn out that by lower back was in so much pain I had to cancel my Friday agenda and just try to make my way home in agony. The breakfast doesn’t offer much for healthy eaters. I try not to eat grease or sugar. The sausage cooked egg and breaded chicken were oily. Yogurt had loads of sugar. For people who eat mostly just protein the only choice is the hard boiled eggs.
