Check in was quick and easy. Staff was super friendly and welcoming. Location was close to the beach and the surrounding area felt safe and walkable. My family stayed in the king suite and the setup was perfect, it was almost like having two separate spaces which was great for traveling with a teenager. Our room was close to the road and it did get a noisy at night. Our bed was also not as comfortable as I had hoped for. We didn't visit the restaurant because it was just too far outside of our price range, plus the added surcharge. Overall, we had a great experience and would stay here again.

We had a great stay. The room was very nice, large, clean and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. The neighborhood was good the location is near the ocean and within walking distance of shopping, restaurants and mass transit.

"Our favourite hotel in the states!"

We absolutely loved our stay at the Hilton Santa Monica, perfect location and the rooms were next level. In 5 weeks of travelling in the states this was the nicest hotel by far! But what really made the stay fantastic was the next level service we received from the amazing workers here. You can tell they truly love their jobs and will go the extra mile to help you out! Fred the bellman was so friendly, welcoming us every time we came and went from the hotel. We had a late flight home and he very kindly held our bags for us the entire day, and promptly retrieved them for us when needed. If you’re looking for A+ service and experience, a hotel that is more than a place to rest your head, come here! Great pool too.
