Restaurant is fantastic, Ryan was accommodating and on top of his game, the food was delicious and reasonably priced. Came here every night of my stay.

The hotel overall was great, but wanted to give a special mention the bartender, Ryan. He showed us excellent customer service without being overbearing. He was attentive, prompt, remembered our names and drink orders when we went back down the second night, and he held nice conversation with us. And we could see and hear he was doing the same for the other patrons in the bar area. He was a true professional.

* Der Schallschutz ist kaum vorhanden – man hört Türen, Gespräche und Geräusche vom Flur deutlich. * Das Check-in war unfreundlich, wenig hilfsbereit und wirkte gestresst. * Fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen, was die Luftqualität im Zimmer deutlich beeinträchtigt. * Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche ist sehr schwach. * Die Toilettenspülung funktioniert nur schlecht und braucht mehrere Versuche. * Das Lüftungsgitter war stark verschmutzt, was keinen guten Eindruck hinterlässt. * Der Lift riecht extrem unangenehm und ist dazu noch sehr langsam, sodass man ständig das Gefühl hat, er könnte steckenbleiben.

Do not trust this property with your stay or money. This property failed to honor my confirmed reservation twice within a two-week period. The most recent time, I arrived at 4:00 AM with my family and was left without a room despite having a valid booking. Instead of fixing their mistake, I was asked to accept changes (book two king rooms, double the price) that didn’t match my reservation (one room with two queens) and there was even an attempt to charge over $400 on my card without my authorization to correct their error. I was promised a follow-up by a specific date, but after more than a month of repeated outreach, I was told the situation had been “addressed appropriately,” with no real acknowledgment of the issue. A refund was issued, but that doesn’t make up for being stranded in the middle of the night. Even if you do your due diligence and call beforehand to let them know your booking is pre-arrival? They are careless with their inventory and will tell you your only option is to pay double your reservation. A confirmed reservation here does not guarantee a room.

Awesome stay! Ikiya the F.O.M and Ryan the bartender was AMAZING! They definitely made my stay memorable. I will definitely return because of these two outstanding employees. Both is a great asset to your brand...Kiddos to them
