"Great experience except the bathroom needs a good cleaning"

I’d like to start with the positive part of our stay. The hotel was conveniently located and the lobby, elevators, hallways and rooms were clean and comfortable. On the first part of our stay we were so hungry and went to the lobby’s restaurant for some food. It just so happened that there was a convention taking place while we were there but, we didn’t mind. The BEST part was the food and the service. We had buffalo wings and loaded fries and my daughter had a grilled cheese. All of it was outstanding and our server Ryan was so kind and despite the the crowds and how busy he was, he was so incredible attentive. Thank you, Ryan for being AMAZING! The only downside I’d say was our bathroom. It almost didn’t seem like the bathroom had been properly cleaned. The toilet hadn’t been flushed, the shower curtain needed to be changed and the sink looked like it needed a good scrubbing. The shower gel was pretty much empty and there was a tiny dead roach. All-in-all it was a good experience, every single person we encountered was helpful and smiling. The bathroom situation was the only thing that I would have to say was a downside.

Everything was great. I’ve eaten at the restaurant downstairs every night. I’ve been here and the same bartender Ryan great experience great service very friendly. Wouldsit there and have a conversation with you when he had downtime and it was just all around. Great experience.
