Clean, good location and comfortable bed.

Took over an hour to check in as front desk person did not see our reservation. She was not helpful and we had to call booking.com and then have booking.com call the hotel. It was finally resolved without any apology from the hotel.

Rooms were perfectly clean. The people were friendly. Room overlooking the common area extremely noisy. I have a desk but no desk chair. Food options for good. Extremely friendly. The grounds needed some work since it was a lot of hazard or two of us that had mobility issues
