Good wifi. Prompt response of staff. Clean environment. Central location. Quiet neighborhood. Good swimming pool. Friendly house keeping. Worth my while.

A little issue with hot bath and they tried to fix it.

Staff were helpful and the bar at the premises was great chilling out area. The apartment was a wonderful size with facilities. Great staff and near places to visit in Accra.

Could not use swimming pool.

The location is conducive, tucked away in a nice quiet part of the city. It was safe for me to take walks at any time.

Really airy and spacious apartment in a really great location. I enjoyed the bar next door with a pool which was lovely for a morning or night swim. And I enjoyed being walking distance from a lot of places such as Oxford Street.

There were some issues with the facilities such as a broken tap and I had difficulty getting the aircon set up in one of the rooms but this was resolved quickly.

The 2 bed apartment was spacious with great staff, shout out to Jude and a good host in Maxwell

The whole trip was overshadowed by the disgusting, frightening, abusive behaviour by the female owner, Maxine. She unleashed wild abuse that I have never experienced before over a £10 price discrepancy -which I agreed to pay - but the warning that I would advise Booking.com of the new surcharge sent her over the edge. Maxine went ballistic. First, she adopted a middle-aged Ghanaian gangster persona, shouting and raising her hand and thumb to my forehead in a gun motion, threatening that “I will see what happens..” when I asked her to stop shouting. Then she unleashed a tirade of abuse, screeching and wailing so the whole compound could hear, calling me an “f**king bitch”, “bush woman” and other choice words in Ghanaian assuming that I wouldn’t understand. This lasted for at least 20mins with two male staff having to hold her back which shows the level of aggression shown. She took issue that I remained calm throughout, screeching that I acted that “butter wouldn’t melt”...this woman wanted to fight but I didn't give her the satisfaction. She demanded that we leave immediately, a day earlier than we planned which ruined my birthday events for that evening which was the reason why we were in Ghana. I am still shocked about this experience and a quick search through the reviews showed that this was not an isolated incident and Maxine has a history of verbally abusing her guests, you can view statements from some of her other victims below. This woman should not be customer facing or work in hospitality for the safety of her patrons. She needs urgent anger management and conflict resolution training before she ruins the family business. This happened over £10 and a concern about a complaint to Booking.com. God only knows what would have happened if I broke a cup.
