Great property, great staff, great location, breakfast every morning was another bonus. Only positive things to say about this property. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Great to have the pool for hot days, the rooms were spacious. Perfect location. Highly recommend

The staff were amazing, the room was lovely and cleaned daily. The bed was very comfortable. The location was perfect for us, walking distance to old town, literally a few minutes. It was quiet at night with loads of spas and food nearby

Great location, close to the night markets and old town. Nice to have a pool after a hot day exploring. What sets this hotel apart is the staff. Incredibly friendly, kind and helpful. Our family had a great stay.

The rooms looked amazing on arrival, Beds were very comfortable , breakfast was good , had lifts, balcony very nice and decent size for this range of hotel, night markets are on the island , bikes rentable at the property , I would describe this area as the party islands, hotel was surprisingly quiet considering the location

On arrival late at night no proper night reception only a gentleman whom could not speak any English at all and was smoking in the reception area which really smelled, a letter was supplied but was confusing, no security boxes , when enquired was told one could be provided but only one key for all the boxes due to flood ? told you to shush all the time even when you weren’t making any noise and was sleeping behind reception, Lots of mosquitoes, second room booked bottom half of the shower was breeze blocks letting in a lot of mosquitoes we had to keep the door shut , long walk to get off the island felt like you were doubling back on yourself all the time, no grab after certain times ,all culture experience are on the other side of the river which can be a long walk , staff could be slightly better , no aircon in breakfast area which is open to reception, pool and entrance with smell of cigarette smoke floating through

The property was in a very good location, staff were very friendly and were helpful for any questions. The bed was super comfy and we would stay here again.

Some of the decor and facilities were slightly older than pictured. On arrival we were given a lot of information about tours and bookings which felt a bit pushy as we were checking in at 10pm and would have preferred to get that information the following morning.
