Very pleasant property with a nice pool and my room had a nice balcony with a lovely view of the river.

My son's and my room was perfect, comfortable with a view of the river. Breakfast is excellent, with a wide variety of choices, and in addition to the buffet, you can order pho or other Vietnamese specialties. The pool is very pleasant and perfect for relaxing. The location is truly excellent; it's on a quiet street but only a 1-minute walk from the river, and Hoi An's Old Town is just a 5-minute walk away. I'd like to give a special mention to Phuc, the young woman at reception, who is very kind and has a great sense of customer service. This is the best homestay in terms of value for money during my entire trip to Vietnam. I will gladly return.

Location fantastic! Found a great restaurant in our street “QQ”. Local area very quiet. Excellent breakfast. Everything walking distance. One minute to the Lune show. A lift in the hotel. Elsa and May very helpful.

Balconies may need a little upgrading.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel, especially thanks to the incredibly friendly ladies at the reception. Some other guests mentioned in their reviews that there were pushy sales conversations for tours and activities. We did not experience this at all. On the contrary, we found the offers pleasant and well presented—of course, everyone can simply decline or accept as they wish. We even received a recommendation for an evening show combined with a boat trip, and it was absolutely perfect for us. The rooms are nice, spacious, and comfortable. The beds are large and very cozy. A big plus is the location: the hotel is right in the middle of everything. Within just a few meters, you can reach many highlights and the river. A small note about the pool: we did not really use it. It is fine for a quick refresh, but its location right next to the reception is not ideal. Right outside the hotel, just to the right, you will find several small restaurants. We especially liked the first one on the right. They offer very good Vietnamese and Thai food, as well as excellent pizza. The staff there was also very friendly. We can highly recommend this hotel. Many thanks again to the wonderful team—we would definitely come back!

Everything was perfect for us.

Personale davvero gentile, premuroso e disponibile a consigliare la programmazione delle varie attività. La camera era pulita. Noi purtroppo abbiamo avuto un imprevisto. Il nostro sleeping bus era in ritardo di 2 ore e il personale, nonostante avessimo già fatto il check out e fossero le 10 di sera, ci ha invitate a stare nella hall del loro hotel piuttosto che aspettare da sole alla fermata del pullman. Gesto davvero apprezzato! Consigliamo a tutti il pernottamento in questo hotel, non potrete dimenticare i loro super sorrisi e la loro smisurata gentilezza

L'emplacement est idéal,la chambre très spacieuse avec un immense lit. Le personnel est adorable,et toujours prêt à nous aider. Le petit déjeuner est copieux. Et la piscine est agréable.

L'insonorisation est à revoir et peut être mettre des consignes pour les clients irrespectueux , pour les informer qu'ils ne sont pas seuls dans l'établissement et d'éviter de claquer les portes et de crier dans les couloirs

Dog barking very loud at night so it’s very hard to sleep.

Close to markets at end of street and short walk to river, Japanese bridge, shops, restaurants. Everywhere was within walking distance.

The pool was cloudy not like in pictures. The room/s adequate however the bathroom in the master (we stayed in the two bedroom room) was separated by a curtain. We had to draw curtain/blinds to go to bathroom and or use shower which made it dark and difficult to use effectively if you like privacy. The second bedroom had a little balcony and looking river. The ensuite was good. The road was under repair when we arrived due to floods. Not hotel fault. Would be all fixed by now I’m sure and a lovely street to stay on. We stayed at peak time so suspect much higher prices thank normal. We expected better for the amount we paid. All relative I guess. Traditional very old property with authentic features. Reception staff were absolutely lovely and deserve a holiday themselves for all their hard work. Overall great location.
