Todo estuvo bien. Incluso, fue muy profesional de parte del hotel que por error me hicieron un cargo de una cancelación que habia hecho a través de booking, ellos por un error de sistema no habian recibido la cancelacion y cuando me comuniqué, me ayudaron a comunicarme con booking y a resolver el problema rápidamente, fue una buena experiencia durante la estadía y también solucionando esos problemas

El desayuno estuvo ok, podría estar mejor, pero no estuvo mal.

Die Zimmer waren gross und es war sauber. Die Tücher wurden jeden Tag gewechselt.

Das Frühstück war sehr bescheiden und nicht wirklich lecker. wir haben im Hotel nicht mehr gefrühstückt. auf dem oberen Parkplatz wurde unser Auto von Ameisen befallen dies war sehr mühsam

The bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast. The hotel is not too far from Convoy Street with all the asian restaurants.

Customer service was excellent. I didn’t like I had to pay $18 to park in their own parking lot and breakfast hours are too short and when requested a little extra milk, they said they could not open another gallon.

Room was fine, the bed made a lot of noise, and the area surrounding the hotel was very noisy. Lots of people shouting and the construction started super early in the morning on saturday
