The room was clean and comfortable. We came with the 4 of us and everything was in the appartment. Communication was super and an easy how-to was given before check-in. Our parking spot designation had faded some, but we guess we were parked in the spot we were assigned to. The beds were nice and the central location meant everything was near-by.

Before we came we read some comments on the road noise and thought: Stumm it a tiny town with only 2000 people, how bad could it be? I mean, we come from a town with close to 300.000 people, so we know a thing or 2 about noisy roads. But oh my word! Its the set-up of that town that make it into an echo canyon. Even if only bicycles were allowed there you'd still lay awake every night from the noise of the tires. The only way to not have to deal with this would be to have airconditioning installed. But because the appartment becomes quite hot if everything is kept shut you are left only with this option.

Very comfortable and warm apartment. 12 minutes walk to station for Zillertal train and 5 mins walk to ski bus lift for Kaltenbach. Stumm is very quiet but there is a supermarket and cafe/restaurant 5 mins walk away. If you want to keep out of the more pricey, commercial centres of the Zillertal this is a good option. Instructions to get into apartment were clear and key was easily accessible.

The location is absolutely perfect to get easily and fast in 3 differetn ski resorts.

The bathroom was clean and good, however I would prefer to replace the bath with shower. The screeen doesn't work as good as expected.
