"The worst stay I've had at a Hampton property."

My reservation was for a room with a queen-size bed, but I was placed in a room with a standard bed. I went to the front desk to request a change and was informed that while rooms with queen beds were available, they only had a single bed—not two beds. The front desk staff advised me to contact the app provider to claim a refund.

Bathroom light didn’t work microwave in the room didn’t work and the sink drain was broken and the shampoo conditioner and body wash containers were dirty

"making good memories"

parking was great. the staff was friendly. the location was convenient

there is a lot of broken glass and dog feces around the property. we had a curtain on a wall with no window that didn't the window and a sheer curtain on the window. we were unable to close out the city lights.

"Stay across the street at the Hyatt"

Accessability was regular, as expected. Staff friendly.

TV broken in room. Bathroom needed fixing. Elevators very slow. Breakfast was blah. Noisier than a subway at midnight while trying to sleep.
