Very helpful staff, individual service for dinner and breakfast Everything you need is there Collection of wardrobes and tabi etc

Dinner and Breakfast were superb with every details including tableware for individual dishes . Beautifully presented . Using old beams and floors were selected to harmonise the decor at the same time all the modern facilities in the room

"Wonderfully relaxing stay in scenic Western Izu"

All of the meals were exceptional. We loved having the privacy of being able to dine in our own meal room with an absolutely gorgeous view. We also loved being able to have our own onsen/rotenburo out on the deck. The notch in the balcony railing was great so we could see the beautiful scenery. And the amenities and all the complementary linens and clothing was extremely nice.

There was nothing that we didn't like.
