loved the pool, wish it heated. Kitcvhen was excellent as were the internal and external eating areas. Great Wifi, great TV, Loads of shade and plenty of sunshine.

The lack of heating for the pool, but we used it everyday.

Location and close to Rubicon. bbq area sheltered. space thruout property. washing facilities on one level.

downstairs bathroom tap water pressure awful to non existent. accomm takes 10 people yet no table outdoor accommodates 10 and internally not enough chairs for 10. kitchen space poor. wifi seemed to die at 2300. And finally the cctv NO MENTION OF THAT THROUGHOUT THE BOOKING PROCESS.

"The most beautiful villa, in a nice quiet setting."

We loved our stay at this beautiful villa, the location is perfect, it's very quiet and just a short walk to the marina. The villa has everything you need for cooking and has the most comfy beds.
