The property is ok on the outside. There is a lot of termite damage in the wood on the floor of the decking and posts holding up roof over decking. The pool was large, but way to warm. Inside was like a hot house. No air conditioning! Ceiling fans and free standing fans worked as long as all the windows in the house were left open 24-7. Shower in laundry room has floor rot, when you step into the shower, the floor is very soft. The home needs a lot of work, if for no other reason, for personal safety.
