Die erste Wohnung war dreckig und ich musste die erste Nacht in einem Bett mit benutzter Bettwäsche schlafen. Den vollen Preis hat der Anbieter trotzdem genommen.

Die Lage dieses Appartements ist super gut und auch ruhig. Strassenbahnanbindung direkt um die Ecke, oder die Innenstadt schnell zu Fuß erreichbar.

Die Lampe im Bad war viel zu dunkel. Wahrscheinlich defekt. Das Wasser zum duschen nicht warm genug. Leider ist das parken auch sehr schwierig gewesen. Durch die in Kassel geltenden Parktegeln - nur mittels einer App möglich, sind wir in ein Parkhaus ausgewichen. Sehr teuer. Es steht nur ein Parkplatz für das Objekt in der Motzstraße zur Verfügung. Dieser war belegt.
