Prusias Otel

Otel konum olarak Bursa nın gobeginde. Otopark sorunu yok. Otel giriş kapısı karşısı otopark. Otel'in gelen temizliği ve bakımı konusunda düşük puanlama yaptım.

Hotel excelente e atendimento excepcional!

Çalışan kişiler ilgili ve alakalı, yardımcı oluyorlar. Odaları sigara içilmez seçtiğimiz halde sigara kokusu vardı, bizde bunu ileterek farklı odaya geçmemizde yardımcı oldular.

The hotel is far from Downtown Bursa, neighborhood was disappointing. Hotel was being newly renovated, and it was not even finished yet, lots of things were not working in it. Rooms were small, we had a family connecting room, it had a plywood installed that does not block any sound. parking was offsite and hard to find. Breakfast was the worst, cold eggs, some cheese, some ham and bad Turkish tea. Staff were sooo inexperienced an young, one of them even asked my sister about our religion which is highly unacceptable at a tourist institution. The guy who helped us with the bags stayed until we paid him. one of the staff was also underage as he told us so. Beds were so small that you cannot fit on them sleeping and you need to sleep on your side. Not recommended for anyone, find another hotel in a better location which at least can be close to public transportation.

2 gece geçirdik. Otel genel anlamda temizdi fakat yenilenmesi gereken banyoları olduğunu ifade edebilirim. Mini bir Bursa turu yapmak için ideal merkezi bir konumda. Bursa da araç yeri bulmak kolay değil aracımızda güvenli bir şekilde otel önündeki parkta durdu. Kahvaltısı da genel anlamda güzeldi tabiki fiyat performans açısından bakarak konuşuyorum bunu belirtmek isterim. (Dışarıda kahvaltı-içerik konusundaki fiyatlara bakınca). Otel çalışanları da çok ilgililer ve samimilerdi bu da aslında ilk otele girişte bizi etkiledi. Teşekkür ederiz.

En el lobby del hotel nos recibe un trabajador joven muy amable que no hablaba inglés. Los trabajadores en general no hablan inglés, pero tienen muy buena dispositivo. El ascensor da sensación de inseguridad, se nota que no le han hecho una mantención adecuada. La pieza no tenía las camas separadas al principio, el piso de alfombra estaba sucio. El baño es casi lo peor del hotel. La ducha no tenía puertas o cortinas, el excusado no tenía botones o manillas para tirar la cadena. Estaba a medio limpiar. El shampoo estaba combinado con agua. Tratar de dormir es un suplicio. Con la tabiquería podía escuchar cómo roncaba el de la pieza de al lado. Se escuchaban los autos y las personas de afuera. La mezquita te despertaba a las 6.30am en punto. Al otro día salimos desde las 9am hasta las 5pm y NO HICIERON LA PIEZA. El desayuno era abundante pero de dudosa calidad. La gente de recepción es lo único que se puede rescatar de esta pocilga.

Bir günlük konaklama için eşimle beraber gayet memnun kaldık. Ücreti gayet iyiydi. Merkeze yakın. Kahvaltısı da gayet yeterliydi. Çalışanlar çok güler yüzlüydü.

Oda temizlik malesef biraz bizi üzdü, sabah kizartma kokusu ve odanin icinde ki koku,

Clean room, friendly staff, good location close to main route, walking distance to city center.

The air condition was no good. All table lights not working The bathroom have bad smilt . The room have kitle but no cups . No daily coffe and tea supply .
