The room was inexpensive and the A/C worked well.

The water backed up in the sink, the toilet had to be flushed multiple times to make it stop running and there wasn’t a hairdryer in the room. Also, the tv wouldn’t connect to WiFi.

It didn't have a working extractor for the shower so it got hot. The bed was a little hard and the pool was filled in with concrete.

This location did not offer breakfast, but it is in a convenient part of town. I think with a little work this motel could be really updated and cute. I love how the doors face outside instead of newer hotels. It reminds me of day when my family would do roadtrips. The lobby area could be spruced up to be more welcoming, and a free breakfast would bring in more patrons. The picnic area should have trees again and it would be very appealing to have the yard looking healthy. A huge draw for people would be to redo the pool and open it up. This property has a great bone structure, it just needs some TLC. I slept like a log...

Just the ambiance and maybe fixing the room fixtures. One of the chairs was cracked in our room.

Clean, quiet, comfortable and easy access.

For the very first time ever my New Zealand drivers license was not accepted as ID at checkin and I had to provide my passport. Unusual. No coffee maker but that is usual with this chain.

The location

The staff were rude. We were put in a room at first where the door didn’t lock, tv didn’t work properly. They were not helpful until I put a review on booking. com. The staff were rude. They put us in a second room and it had no air conditioner. We stayed like that all night. Miserable stay!! Will not stay at this motel again. The staff is not helpful when you have issues. The bed came unmade because the sheets were not put on correctly.
