"Good Location - Comfortable Enough for the $"

We have stayed here a couple of times visiting our daughter at Tarleton and all times we have had a good stay. Good location, close to all things, nothing special about it, but comfortable enough to stay at for a weekend visit.

Bathroom could have been equipped with more towels/essentials, beds are ok, comfortable enough for a 2-night stay at the most. Grounds could be a bit cleaner and more kept up with and the smell of food or something in the front lobby area was overwhelming, just glad our room has always been in the back of the motel area.

Location

You need to visit your sites. There is no pool. The pool has been filled in. The gazebo looks like it would fall over at anytime. There are no trees to sit under. No bbq.

"Great price but not the best stay"

The price for this room last minute was great. the other motels were much more expensive. The AC was nice and cold.

Everytime we book here it is a surprise to the staff. Multiple times when we show up with a reservation, they tell me they are sold out. I intentionally book a non-smoking and non-pet room; only to have that be the only option
