Liked location (convenient to dining). Friendly staff, easy check-in. Clean room.
Good: Beds were clean Bad: Some random was cloth was left behind (not white). Bad: There was a hair stuck to the bathroom switch. (I couldn't get it to wipe off with a Kleenex.) Bad: Looks like vomit stain between the beds. (I have photos, if I could upload them.) Bad: Toilet would run about every 10 minutes. (There must be a leak in the reservoir.) Bad: Truck alarm went off at 4:11AM. (Not the hotel's fault.) Where can I upload the photos of the room?
The check in was very easy. The room was very clean and the property was convenient to eating.
Was there for 4 days over the Thanksgiving weekend and my room/bathroom was never cleaned once even though I requested it daily. When I asked the front desk why my room was never cleaned or received fresh towels, I was given the very poor excuse of ‘Sir, an item of yours was on your bed so, we are not allowed to touch it do-to corp policy, so we left your room as is’…… Please note, I do understand that since COVID a lot of policies have changed in hotels. However, you could have still cleaned the rest of my room and bathroom while still providing fresh towels and sheets. This is the first bad experience I’ve had at this holiday inn and we’ve stayed here several times before.
Close to expressway. Easy on and off. Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast is better than most.
Always love Holiday in Express, this one had a little different comforters but other than that everything was great

The entry/exit to property was a bit challenging
For only being an average to above average hotel, they should have offered a free Bird breakfast, like every other average, or above average hotel. Was very disappointed in that it seems to be a hotel that needs to be renovated soon, but it was clean and comfortable.
