Bom dia ! Realizei a reserva com vocês e talvez por equívoco adicionei somente um adulto e uma criança. Ao chegar no local , a atendente ao verificar que tratava de dois adultos , solicitou que fosse feito o cancelamento da reserva na Booking. Logicamente, não aceitei e disse que bastava eles acrescentaram o adulto. A recepcionista alegou que o sistema não aceitava e que obrigatoriamente teria que fazer o cancelamento. Inclusive, alegou que eu deveria confirmar através da mensagem que receberia no email que não fiquei hospedado. Achei isso uma falta de profissionalismo e por isso não retorno mais .
