"The stay wasn’t bad nice and comfortable."

It was real close to the moda center which was great for walking to the concert. It wasn’t right next to the highway so it wasn’t loud.

That for the price of the room it didn’t include the park or breakfast. I feel if you’re gonna charge extra for those it should be one or the other not both. We pay to stay in a hotel for convenience and comfort not to be charged extra on top of everything else.

"Warning: overlooks homeless shelter"

Awesome service and staff. Super friendly.

Place had a dark atmosphere and the view was over looking a homeless shelter. Not what you want to see when you wake up

Clean & quiet rooms. Beds were great and heating/AC unit was quiet not loud.

Information provided from Booking.com was false. Reserved room at Crown Plaza for family of 4 via Booking.com. Was quoted rate based on free/included breakfast. Hotel only provided meal vouchers for 50% (meal not included per reservation). Overnight car parking $27 also not provided in reservation quote. Will use other reservation service in future.
