Mohammad at the front desk was exceptional, very helpful and very nice

Food at restaurant was not tasty. At the room, water pressure was bad, bed not comfortable

Having to pay for parking is just ridiculous especially when you have handicap parking pass.

The bed was comfy, nice room with lots of mirrors. The staff was nice & clean lobby.

The pool and hot tub were not usable—they were dirty, with bugs and brown debris in the water, which was really unappealing and not what I expected from a hotel. The elevators were also frustrating and felt unsafe. The doors close very quickly and don’t seem to have a proper sensor to reopen if someone is still entering, which made it feel like they could shut on you. On top of that, parking costs $30, which feels excessive considering the overall condition and price of the hotel. Overall, the amenities and experience didn’t match what was advertised.

The aesthetic vibe and overall design the staff were very friendly and attentive to my family needs the food an room we’re definitely what we expected

If the heat wasn’t so high it was definitely hot in our room an the halls of the hotel

Friendly and helpful staff. Very kind and knowledgeable. Pleasant, and helped provide the best directions regarding my safety to and from the Moda center.

Parts of the flooring were coming up from the bathroom to the closet/vanity area, making it look cheap and worn down. Also, causing a potential safety concern for tripping. The window would not open, I tried, even with the safety latch. No way for fresh air. The bath towels were very hard, almost to the point of being considered a rug I'd put on the bath floor. The staff does wonderful. Yet it seems as if the owner doesn't care about his/her facility upkeep.
