The Sunshine House

The sunshine house was lovely and made our stay in Vancouver very easy and nice. The owner was very welcoming, and we were able to take buses to downtown & back pretty easily.

I really love the older houses. This is in a decent area, close to bus stops and easy for Uber pick up/drop off to main attractions. Lisa was very nice and accommodating. Very busy space with many people coming and going.

We are so happy that we stayed here. Lisa is a wonderful host, very accommodating, easy to reach out to with questions or to ask for recommendations. For those that want a charming experience where you will meet other travelers during breakfast, and want something that feels homey; this is a great pick for you. We were out and about all day long each of the days we were here, and it felt good knowing we would be able to relax when we got back and feel a break from the hustle of the city. The house is beautiful and the neighborhood is one you will want to walk around in. There is also a coffee shop a minute away walking that sells baked goods. It was perfect for us and our 5 year old. Amazing host amazing experience

We stayed one night. The host was great and the kids loved the breakfast.

Location is convenient enough for local transport into town. Unfortunately I found the room was small to accommodate 3 adults with luggage. One of the beds was broken but alternative arrangement was made for the 2nd night. Service was good, very friendly. Overall, good value for money

Property was in a nice area, but if you have a sensitive sense of smell, the litter box smell is overwhelming (i have a cat at home). Owner of thr house was friendly and accomidating.
