Room was clean, staff very nice

A little noisy

The location was good, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was friendly,

Was hoping for a better breakfast. There was only coffee, Honey Bun, and juice. Also, there was only one regular coffee in the room. Usually there are at least two.

We arrived late in the evening and the front desk staff was nice and helpful. I was concerned about our room location being right next to the stairs but we had no issues! Our room was up to date, had everything we needed, and for the most part clean! Our toddler ran around barefoot in the room and the bottom of her feet were so dirty! Breakfast definitely wasn’t included.. unless all you need is juice and coffee. We didn’t utilize the pool but it did look up to date and clean. Would recommend for a quick overnight stay but would not stay here for days at a time.

The room was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. Liked the walk in shower.

The dead roach in the bathroom bit had been stepped on but not picked up. Also the floor was very dirty. When I stepped into the shower which had been turned on, black stuff was where I had stepped.

How is check in going to be at 3 and the pool opens at 3 and then closes at 8 we called to see if they would open it that morning and she said it had to get cleaned a man went out there and cleaned it for less than 20 minutes I’m not even kidding and was done it’s salt water I will never be coming back here I would rather book the motel 6 instead!

The pool was ready but locked.

As a disabled veteran who has trouble with online reservations and special needs. Ms. Marie did an exceptional job in making sure that I was taken care of and she made that patrons before could get to work during their stay. Best staff in the Monroe area. The rooms were clean and I sleep great. Thank you so much for your service.
