Terri who checked us in was very personable and professional.

The ceiling light in the bathroom was burned out and the numbers on the heater/a/c unit were burned out so that the temperature could not be set accurately. Probably a bad circuit board. The ceiling light was to be replaced after I reported it at checkout.

Not much to like, hot water and a cold air conditioner. Staff was okay.

Immediately when I walked in it smelled like pets have been living there, the smell you get after vacuuming after pets. The shower/toilet area door was closed and when I opened it I was hit with a chemical cleaning smell. It took me a minute to realize what it was. I think they sprayed down the shower walls and toilet with Microban 24 disinfectant cleaner. I rinsed the shower walls and you could see all the bubbles from rinsing it in the shower pan. They also had hard water so it took for ever to rinse off that slimy feeling from the soap. And even though I prepaid I still had to put down another $50 for incidentals, which they don't tell you until check in.

It was really nice! I’ve had my fair share of sketchy hotel experiences, but this place was great from start to finish. I was there two days and the staff were great, the place was very clean and nice, and the bed was comfy

Only bad thing about my stay was being awakened by fire alarm in morning because of someone burning toast. Otherwise, great staff, clean property and rooms, etc.
