Great friendly staff

Amazing location

It was in a good location in Alameda, across the river from Oakland, so not quite as dangerous a neighborhood. There were restaurants nearby, and since I was traveling by train, it's closeness to the rail connections was a big plus. The room's heating worked well (digital thermostat) and the bathroom was good.

The staff was argumentative unfriendly sarcastic..I just had surgery and I ask her why we had to be in cold in remodeling she got mad and told me I did t have to stay there and I said I obviously want to stay Here I just had surgery she said she didn't care I can go so she was seriously nasty and rude and I wohkd not come back becaue of that experience and I travel alot

Everything was good

TVs small and don’t work , rooms super out dates holes in every blanket , worn out bedding every rooms smells of cigarettes. It’s not worth it I brought my service animal and they kicked me out after I paid I was told I couldn’t stay Becouse of my service pet . When I did stay the manager (a lady) kept calling my room asking if the house keeper can clean the room because she needs more hours .. what kind of business is that I kindly said does she have too?? She insisted. I felt very uncomfortable 1 min later she was at my door knocking very hard and then ended up opening it and argued with me about my cat. Very rude unprofessional and rooms old not up to date and not comfortable
