Every detail of care shown to the guests, the Master's attentiveness—everything was so wholesome and unique. I especially appreciated the small signs on the food items displaying the caloric information. A perfect location, nestled amidst the mountains and Mother Ganga.

The location and the landscape…

The front desk staff are not able to handle all requests, they need multiple reminders… Not sure if the reception is under staffed, but there are communication gaps…
