Its location

Housekeeping staff is excellent, the rest are arrogant, condescending and treat Indians and foreigners differently. The staff were not able to control a huge Vietnamese group who were extremely unruly, and picked food from the breakfast buffet with their dirty hands, dropping it and putting it back. The staff was also not able to enforce swimming pool rules by allowing a group to drink, eat and smoke hookah and jump into the pool and out while doing all this and so our kids had to stop swimming. The staff in other resorts listen to your grievance and resolve it but here if you bring up an issue, they become arrogant and callously dismiss it. This is the only Taj where we experienced this sort of complete disregard for your experiences.

The property is so well located and beautifully built.
