The service that we received from Alex, at the front desk was excellent! He was accommodating, friendly and very helpful. In addition, we left two items behind and you kept them safely and we were able to pick them up one week later!

Our sink was cracked, one of our side lamps wasn't working and the one side of the curtain was ripped. I always feel uncomfortable when there are previous damages in a room, because I am concerned that I will be held responsible. Perhaps a disclaimer in the room...We, the management, is aware that ... would be helpful. I felt obligated to notify Alex at the front desk about these issues and I felt quite petty.

Breakfast was well prepared and fresh and plentiful. They even had a gluten free option for making waffles with separate utensils and spray release. However, they quickly had to close it down when a guest used regular batter in the gluten waffle maker. Maybe this could be avoided by being able to separate the maker further apart even though everything was clearly marked. People at 6am don't read. We forgot our pillow and the desk staff knew we were going to the Corning Museum and called us to pick it up before leaving town.

Nothing stands out.

Free EV chargers in good condition. Beds were comfortable.

Pool was turning green and had debris at the bottom. Multiple missing and/broken items (door handles, light bulbs, bathroom fan, etc). Breakfast was “meh”.
