Duas Portas Townhouse

We appreciated everything, especially the wonderful welcome from the extremely nice Russian hostess.

The staff were friendly/hospitable. The breakfast was serviceable. We loved the location right on the river, easy walking access to various sites in the area. It felt a bit like an upgraded hostel with rooms with attached bathrooms but that was okay.

Loved the view from the room, even though from second floor, one doesn’t get to see the river much. But it was still quite nice! The hosts are lovely and loved the breakfast! The personal touches are wonderful!

A little far from main town, but one can take a bus or use Uber.

My husband and I loved our stay at Duas Portas Townhouse. Our room had a beautiful view across the street with a riverfront view. There was a path across the street for walking , running and bike riding which was provided if you wanted. The sunset views are amazing! The room was comfy and clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating. At breakfast we always had a good selection of fresh food. Shout out to Maria who was always helpful and made our stay special.

The location is just perfect, with bus 500 that stops in front of the door and takes you downtown. We always came back with Uber, it being very, very cheap. Breakfast is great, the bed is huge and comfortable. Staff is wonderful. Bicycles are available. Fantastic!

I wish we could have stayed longer

Very nice house, good garden terrace, very nice staff and ambient. They have 4 bikes for the guests.

The room was not comfortable for 3, the third bed had not a proper mattress at all, no night table and light, no place to leave the luggage. The quality of the breakfast could improve specially in coffee, quality of ham and cheese was very poor.
