"Bad Experience"

The location was good.

The staff are rude & have no courtesy. Toilet is bad & not always flushing. Cleaners/ domestic staffs are rude & does not understand simple English. Smokes & Marijuana taking freely without control despite non smoking undertakings & instructions.

Close to shopping center, also the staff was very nice

HAD ROACHES , no microwave, wifi connection sucks, roof was leaking, only one light in my room worked.

The staff at the front desk was pleasant

They could not find my second reservation, but the gentleman did accommodate us once I showed him the confirmations on my phone. The room key kept deactivating, and finally, a lady at the front desk told us not to put the keys near electronics or car keys. The cleaning supplies used were way too strong. Our room was never cleaning during the time we were there. I'm not sure if they cleaned after people checked out, but ours was not touch. This hotel used to be exceptional when I stayed when it was named Quality Inn it had an odor throughout the entire building , and there was mold on the ceiling in room 212. One of the beds made a clicking sound every time you move or got off of it
