My style at the Motel 6 catonsville has been great. All the staff were very helpful and friendly, the room has good furniture and TV. Everything in the bathroom worked great with plenty of hot water. The WiFi and TV worked very well. Everything is very clean in the room as well as the outside had good looking landscape with grass cut freshly.

Had a problem with the night manager. Had to tell him three time to give me bad my passport which I gave him to check in he told me, "I didn’t give him same." Second night people were fighting in all way told night manager about same and was told I would need to call police with complain. Room service cleaned on second day. Was told that they do same on Mon, Wed, Fri? Second night was Friday. On check out Morning manager was great and helpful. Had water leak and she got job order done.

Nothing, they false advertised, online it said the room had microwave and fridge checked in and there was none tried to get my money back 2 mins later and couldn't get a refund when I explained that was the main reason I picked the hotel, so just left

It was peaceful

Housekeeping did nothing literally for the three nights that I stayed never came to give more toilet paper, rags soap literally gave nothing to three days I came and the front desk told me that they were not able to provide it as well, so I had to use my money to provide the necessities for myself housekeeping never came and clean my room and I asked for it. It was filthy.
