Mi sono trovata molto bene nella struttura, davvero bella, spaziosa e accogliente. C’era praticamente,quasi, tutto quello che può servire per un soggiorno comodo e senza pensieri. Un’esperienza molto piacevole.

Una piccola cosa che posso dire che non mi è piaciuta in particolare, è la cucina che era priva di forno, che secondo me è un elettrodomestico molto utile da avere, soprattutto per soggiorni un po’ più lunghi. Inoltre, c’era solo un divano disponibile, il che può risultare un po’ scomodo se si è in più persone. Per il resto, tutto ok.

It was clean, there was a lot of space- I travelled with my 2 kids (3yo and 5 yo) and both my parents, the sofa was good for an adult to use, there was a dishwasher , washingmachine , microwave, cutlery, plates and pants, 2 Toilette with 2 showers, 3 balconies with 1 table and several chairs, airconditioning in each room withveasy remote control on the Walls (in the living room there were even 2 devices to manage the bigger area ) - all you need for a comfortable stay. In the situation of issues the staff was answering to my messages in booking app very quickly. We had some issues with the toilet and the gass, they send someone to fix them on the same day. Walking distance (5min) from an amazing attraction park for kids - probably the best feature

The Internet was really poor. I had to work one of the days and it took me 2 times more time due to poor WiFi. I only used excel, teams and outlook. It is quite far away from the beach. I knew its 10 min per Google maps, but in the heat and traffic it was too much. Also hard to carry the things especially with small kids. We end up going with a car and 1 adult drove the car back and walked. The garage is very small and it was hard to go inside and park - still manageable and appreciated to have a space. We were with 2 cars , but outside we found a free slot in front and left 1 car there the whole time. Not too many restaurants and attractions close to it, compared to busier parts of the city. It felt quite expensive, but comparing to other hotels it was ok. Sleeping with open windows was not possible for me , due to the loud street.

Good spacious apartment. Everything you need for your stay . Agency was prompt if you have a problem !! 2 bathrooms, which was ideal 👍

No welcome package on arrival, i.e., toilet tissue or water 😒

We arrived after 5 o'clock, that's when we got the keys and when we got to the apartment, we were faced with the fact that the cleaners were sitting in their car, we had to let them in to clean, and because everything was still clean dirt. With 3 children we had to wait an hour to be ready, which I think is outrageous that it was written that the accommodation could be taken over at 5, but they didn't even clean it for him at 5. Ants regularly appeared in every room of the apartment.
