Clean, and comfortable with friendly staff. Pet friendly.

The price spiking on weekends. I understand that weekend rate is usually higher at places, but I feel if someone is staying a week or more they should get the same rate consistently..my colleague and I would have stayed for 2 - 3 weeks straight if we could have gotten the same rate throughout our stay, instead we took our business to a place that did wave the weekend price change for us.
