"Basically very nice but some obvious oversights. Overall good value."

Room was very nicely decorated and the hotel was close to airport with a shuttle, making it very convenient. Very good price.

One light did not work. There was a towel shortage. No drinking glass. There was no breakfast--they had cancelled this.

The room is big, nice and clean, with very comfortable beds

It seems like the place is preferred by people addicted to substances, if you know what I mean. It could be because of the good room price, don't know. Staff are a bit on the rude side (but explainable given the kind of customers they seem to have mostly). However, I prefer a stay where the night receptionist doesn't call me "darling" and "sweetie" and doesn't explain me how busy they are when I go to report an issue.
