Seamless from start to end. Booking, checkin, housekeeping, check out, all great. Our room was well appointed. Reception and concierge staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast buffet exceeded our expectations in terms of variety and quality. The hotel was conveniently located. We will stay here again.

ハウスキーピングのおじさんが、アメニティを早めに持ってきてくれました。部屋は掃除されていて問題なく綺麗でした。

このホテルに限らないとおもいますが、インバウンドでホテル内の喧騒が凄まじく、特にチェックイン時は混雑してました。フロントスタッフの案内も少々不足しおり、サービスが無機質になっていたため、安心感が感じられなかったです。また予約サイトに記載のアメニティが部屋になく、追加リクエストする必要がありました。チェックイン時知らせて欲しかったです。大手チェーンホテルなので、期待してしまっていた分ショックでした。
