Runnymede Court Hotel

I had a very pleasant stay at Runnymede Court Hotel. The hotel has a warm, welcoming atmosphere, the rooms were clean, and the food was excellent. What really made the experience stand out, however, was the staff. A special thank you to Sam, who went above and beyond throughout my stay. His professionalism, kindness, politeness, and genuine friendliness made all the difference. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he always greeted everyone with a smile. Sam is a real credit to the hotel and sets a fantastic example of what great customer service should be. Thank you to the whole team for making my stay so enjoyable. I would happily recommend Runnymede Court Hotel and look forward to returning.

The only thing that could be improved is the shower. The water pressure was quite weak, and the shower could do with an upgrade. Everything else about my stay was very good.

Keine Meersicht aber eine Lage nahe beim Meer mit einem öffentlichen Meerwasserpool. Gutes Frühstück, kann man auch im Garten einnehmen, einfach mit eingeschränktem Service. Fahrräder wurden sicher verwahrt, freundliche Personal. Haus in einem englischem Stil mit Charme, kleine Terrasse, angenehm.

Wir erhileten ein Dachzimmer, war zwar heimelig aber wegen den hohen Aussentemperaturen auch sehr heiss, zusätzlich war bei der Toilette ein technisches Problem, nach Rücksprache sofort ein Ersatzzimmer erhalten, sehr zuvorkommender Umgang.

The overall experience reminded me of times gone by, waiter service, the bar and TV room reminded of holidays of my childhood, just a fantastic guest house feel, just like jersey used to be before coperates took it over, a real throwback to good old fashioned hospitality

I had no complaints, in fact I cant wait to go back

Staff were approachable and useful and the breakfast buffet was generous. The hotel is a short walk from the broad Havre des Pas beach with soft sand, shallow bay and rock pools plus free public lido. It is also only ten minutes' amble, mostly on a quiet short-cut, to the main shopping centre.

At heart a spacious Edwardian-era building, its elegance has been disguised some years ago by oceans of magnolia paint. At its next refurbishment we hope the management have the courage to use some strong yet appropriate colours. Many fittings, while functional, are showing their age. Sleeping at the front with windows open for ventilation lets in unwelcome early-morning traffic and dog noise.

The staff were amazing, especially Isabella, she knows her stuff. So helpful.

Extreme temperatures with no air con or fan.

Tres proche du centre dr St Helier, et tout proche des plages egalement. On peut tout faire à pied

L'ascenseur est malheureusement tombe en panne, bloqué entre deux etages, avec nous dedans. Pas de chance. L'établissement n'y est pour rien, mais ça a été une expérience désagréable.

Très bon accueil, personnel attentionné et nous y avons dîné un soir, très bon repas de plus servi en extérieur compte tenu du temps ensoleillé .. nous conseillons
