"Dépaysement"

Hôtel très bien situé proche du centre ville et de la plage avec un personnel très sympathique. Hôtel propre, silencieux avec un petit jardin à l'arrière ce qui est agréable après plusieurs kilomètres dans les jambes pour faire une pause bien méritée.

Tout était parfait. Rien à dire.

Hotel was a great choice, especially as we went for the bank holiday weekend during the heatwave. 2 mins to the beach and promenade, good restaurants close by and 10 mins walk into main St Helier. The hotel staff, especially Isabella couldn't do more for us, they were all very friendly and helpful, but Isabella shined for us, she was wonderful. The garden was a lovely place to sit, found a nice bit of shade and enjoyed the sea breeze. It is a wonderful family run hotel

"Wonderful staff"

The best thing about this hotel is the staff. Staff are very helpful and pleasant. Location was ok. Local / nearest car park didn’t always have space. Breakfast was good, hot and plenty of it.

It was very hot in the rooms. We couldn’t open the windows as they were painted shut. The temperature outside was 33 degrees as it was a very hot week. Could do with air conditioning.

L’emplacement au calme et assez proche du centre ville . Possible à pied . Personnel très sympathique Bon petit déjeuner

Chambres un peu vétustes Matelas : à changer en urgence !!!!

bon emplacement, personnel serviable (ils ont accepté de garder nos sacs avant le check-in et après le check-out

lits peu confortables (ressorts), aménagements vieillots (salle de bain de chez mémé !), très sonore (on entend les gens marcher au dessus et les voisins dans leurs toilettes)

La qualité du couchage, trop de ressorts !!! La salle de bain nécessite un raffraichissement
