Was für ein mega Blick vom Pool aus und eine traumhafte Poollandschaft

Wenig Kommunikation durch das Personal,sie waren auf Ansprache freundlich,sind aber am Pool auch nicht auf die Gäste zugegangen Es ist ein only adult Hotel und wir hatten einen Nachmittag eine mega Kinderparty am Pool,das hat uns sehr überrascht. Leider kam auch keine Information vom Personal Am nächsten Tag wurde eine Geburtstagparty am Pool vorbereitet,man hatte das Gefühl,wir als Gast stören sehr. Auch das Event wurde nicht erwähnt. Das Frühstück sehr einfach und sehr kuchenlastig ohne Abwechslung und auch selten aufgefüllt. Aber der Kaffee war hervorragend Leider hatten wir im Zimmer auch kein konstantes warmes Wasser und kein Wasserdruck. Die Zimmer wurden jeden Tag gereinigt mit täglichen Handtuchwechsel

Vista panoramica, piscina e ristorante!

Rustig gelegen, hoog op de berg. Prachtig uitzicht en verzorgd zwembad met ligstoelen. Grote propere kamer. Uitgebreid ontbijt dat regelmatig wordt bijgevuld.

Erg steile en smalle toegangsweg, waar je met moeite tegenliggers kan passeren.

Swimming pool area was nice.

We felt completely misled by the photos on Booking.com. The hotel presents lovely images of the swimming pool and spa, and the rooms seemed simple but nice. However none of the rooms we stayed in matched what was shown online. Room 303 – Avoid at All Costs! Our first room, 303, was up 66 narrow, spiraling stairs with no elevator – it felt like ascending into a dungeon. The room appeared to be recently renovated but was already in much need for attention. - A ceiling lamp was literally hanging loose. - The balcony had two old, dirty plastic chairs and a worn table – very uninviting. - The door was aluminum with smoked glass, so whenever the hallway light turned on at night, the room lit up – not ideal for sleeping. - Sound isolation was terrible. We woke up every time someone came or went in the neighboring room, or flushed the toilet. - The bathroom door frame was falling apart and wouldn't close properly. - Cleanliness was also an issue (how can you miss a squished bug with blood against a white wall right in the entry?) After complaining, we were moved to Room 108 two days later. While it had fewer stairs, again, it looked nothing like the photos advertised. The room was marginally better, but still not what we paid for or expected. The hotel is too far away from anything, breakfast was poor, and I regretted I did not take more time to find a better option near Sorrento.

This property was a life saver when I had booked a different hotel with no WIFI and far away from all site seeing areas. I found this hotel at the last minute and it was reasonably priced and it was centrally located. IT had a beautiful pool and the restaurant was very good. They could add a different special every night or a different dining theme but the quality was excellent. The hotel also offered tours to capri and amalfi coast. The room was clean and we received an upgrade. I did not use the spa but the prices for the spa were very reasonable and it looked nice inside. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Zimmer sind katastrophal - Schimmel und Gestank - kein Kleiderschrank

Großzügige Anlage mit guter Ausstattung, Zimmer ganz oben unterm Dach mit herrlichem Ausblick über das Tal in einem alten, liebevoll sanierten, Burgähnlichem Gebäude. Ausgesprochen nettes und korrektes Personal. Hervorragende italienische Küche im Hoteleigenen Außenrestaurant.

Für nicht Ortskundige schwer zu finden, da Lage oberhalb in den Bergen und nichts für sensible Kraftfahrzeugführer.....(Gassen im Schnitt 2,5 m breit, inklusive Gegenverkehr).
